Instruction for using card securely
Always check the cash machine or ATM for signs of interference. Treat your cards like cash. Never let your cards out of your sight when paying in shops or restaurants, as they may be copied or cloned
Always shield your pin from view and be aware of others around you
Don't accept help from strangers when using the cash machine. Conduct all transactions by yourself.
Keep your password, Verify code, PIN code, Reference no., and other passwords strictly confidential, and never disclose them to others including our staff.
Only shop on reputable and trusted websites
Always keep your receipts and dispose of them by shredding
Don't let anyone else use your credit card
Avoid leaving your card in unattended bags, jackets or cars
Getting new cards when losing current ones
Please keep your card and PIN in secure. If the card is lost please contact 0-2665-0123 press 5 (24 Hrs.) to hold the card otherwise you may have to pay for unauthorized card spending.
Sign new cards as soon as you receive them.
Destroy old cards by cutting through the chip and magnetic strip.
Make sure your post is secure and that you know when to expect your cards if you have ordered new ones. If you don't receive your statement or card, or your mail appears to have been tampered with please contact us immediately on 0-2665-0123.
Your Credit Card Number and CVV
The CVV is a 3-digit number in reverse italics on the back of your credit card
Keep your Credit Card Number safe. Don't write it down or tell anyone what it is. Please do not post a picture of your credit card (credit card number or CVV number) via Facebook and LINE Official Account
In case of someone asked for your Credit Card Number or CVV number to making a mail order or internet transaction, please confirm elaborate with the bank or financial organization

AEON has enhanced system security on credit card while purchase of goods or service from merchants by embeds Chip technology to encrypt information and verify each available transaction. The card will counterfeiting more difficult than magnetic stripe cards.
AEON has enhanced its security for online purchase by using service Verified by Visa™ or MasterCard® SecureCode™ or JCB J/Secure to ensure the transaction is secure and reliable over the internet.
Check an alert SMS
Once your Personal Loan or Purpose Loan transaction is approved, you will receive SMS alert via mobile number registered with the company. If you receive an alert SMS without having conducted such transaction, please contact our Contact Center 0-2665-0123 immediately.
