Terms & Conditions for Cashback 2% from AEON at B-Quik

1. The privileges are reserved for B-Quik Visa Card customers (“Card members”) which card are issued by AEON Thana Sinsap (Thailand) Public Company Limited (“The Company”)
2. Terms & Conditions of B-Quik Visa Card comply with (1) Card Activation in Current (2) Card members status is active cardholders with payment history in good standing under the Company’s criteria throughout the Terms & Conditions of B-Quik Visa Card comply with (1) Card Activation in Current (2) Card members status is active cardholders with payment history in good standing under the Company’s criteria throughout the campaign and up until the cash back receiving date. (3) The transaction must be purchasing on goods/service via  B-Quik Visa Card only.
3. Get Cash Back up to 2% or THB 150 / primary card / billing cycle for any spending via B-Quik visa at B-Quik  only Pay in full
4. The billing cycle of credit card accounts is on 11th of current month until 10th of next month. The transaction of supplementary card (if any) will be calculated into a primary card accounts.
5. Except Thai Baht currency, Use in other countries, Foreign Currency Exchange (MCC Code 6051, 4829), Cash advance, Fee, Insurance (MCC Code 5960, 6300, 9223), Hire Purchases, Public utility payment, Funds (MCC Code 6211), Mutual funds, auto bill payment, Cancelled and refunded transaction, Commercial use transaction (MCC Code 4900), Payment which is not comply these terms and conditions, illegal transaction and TAX refund etc.
6. Privilege will not be granted if (1) cardholder uses credit card or loan for any purpose in contrary to the law, public order or good morals, for commercial purpose or for the business of cardholder, cardholder’s family, relatives or close acquaintances (2) cardholder uses credit card or loan in the manner of not complying with the terms and conditions as prescribed by the Company or the terms and conditions of this campaign. Company reserves the right to cancel the cash back if the cardholder is later found to be unqualified or ineligible.
7. The Company will rebate cardholder the cash back into the primary card accounts within 90 days after the end of billing cycle (every 10th of month), If the cash back has not been received, please inform the company within 120 days after end of billing cycle, and in case of incorrectness of cash back, please inform the company within 30 days from cash back receiving date.
8. The company reserves the right to prevail of reference from the company’s data. Card members have to keep sale slip when the company requests the evidence, otherwise the company shall take the company’s data is right.
9. Participation in this campaign is reserved for active cardholders with payment history in good standing under the Company’s criteria throughout the campaign and up until the cash back receiving date. Cash back will not be granted if (1) cardholder uses credit card or loan for any purpose in contrary to the law, public order or good morals, for commercial purpose or for the business of cardholder, cardholder’s family, relatives or close acquaintances (2) cardholder uses credit card or loan in the manner of not complying with the terms and conditions as prescribed by the Company or the terms and conditions of this campaign. Company reserves the right to cancel the cash back if the cardholder is later found to be unqualified or ineligible.
10. The company reserves the right to give discount or privilege under the company terms and conditions or other service providers. Please check additional details at Stores, Sales booth, other Public Relation News of the company or aeon.co.th.
11. The Company reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions, methods and other rights hereunder by giving notice on website aeon.co.th In case of dispute, the Company’s decision shall be final.
12. Please keep your receipt to verify eligibility. If there is no such evidence in case that the Company requests to investigate The Company reserves the right not to give cashback for this promotion.
13. The Company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions and will notify on company website. If there is a dispute, the decision of company is considered final.
14. Use when necessary and pay back full amount on time to avoid 16% interest rate per year.
