1. AEON Thana Sinsap (Thailand) Co., Ltd. ("Company") reserves the right promotional items for only customers who applies for Big C Credit Cards and Big C Exclusive Card.

   2.1  When customer applies for AEON Big C World Mastercard and AEON Big C Platinum Visa Card within 1 january 2021 - 28 February 2021 waive annual 1st year. Special! When customer applies for AEON Big C World Mastercard and AEON Big C Platinum Visa Card via online channel only (Exclude Branch PC)
3. **Get Big C Discount Code 300 THB.
   3.1  When customer applies for AEON Big C World Mastercard and AEON Big C Platinum Visa Card within 1 january 2021 - 28 February 2021 Spending up to 3,000 THB. within 30 Days after embossing card. Get Big C Discount Code 300 THB. / Person / Campaign.
   3.2  When customer applies for AEON Big C Exclusive Card within 1 january 2021 - 28 February 2021. Approved and activate within 30 days after embossing card. Get Big C Discount Code 100 THB. / Person / Campaign.
4. Customer who applies for AEON Big C World Mastercard and AEON Big C Platinum Visa Card via online channel, can get Big c discount code via AEON THAI MOBILE Application only.
   4.1  In case of the customer complies with the campaign conditions and Company has already sent Big C Cards to customers. Customers will have to install the AEON THAI MOBILE Application on smartphones and register immediately.
   4.2  The company will send cardholder the Big C discount code via AEON THAI MOBILE Application within 150 days from card approval date.
   4.3  Big C discount code can be used at all Big C branches. (Exclude Online store)
   4.3.1  Big C discount code terms and conditions are prescribed by BIG C SUPERCENTER PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED. For more information, please contact Big C cashier before using Big C discount code.
   4.3.2  Big C discount code cannot be exchanged or changed into cash.
   4.3.3  In case of the customer complies with the campaign conditions and does not receive a Big C discount code, please contact Company's call center at 02-329-7788.
   4.3.4  Big C discount code can be used when spent through AEON Big C World Master Card up to 500 THB. / Sale slip / Campaign.
   
5. Company will calculate the eligible amount from accumulated spending amounts of credit cards including primary card. Spending on any merchant insurance category (MCC Code 5960, 6300 , 9223), loan and hire purchase transaction, investment unit purchase/mutual funds (MCC Code 6211), foreign currency exchange (MCC Code 6051,4829), cash advance withdrawal, Interest and credit usage fee, penalty, fees and taxes as well as cancelled and refunded transaction shall be excluded when calculating the eligible amount.
6. Company reserves the right for the cardholder who has good payment history without being default for payment on any credit card or loan having with the Company from the commencing date of Campaign Period until the discount code calculation period.
7. The Company reserves the right to suspend or cancel granting discount code in case of a credit card was used in trade/business, unlawfulness or mispurpose of a credit card.
8. Details regarding conditions of discount code are designated by Big C Supercenter Public Company Limited’s terms and conditions, and Company is not responsible for terms and conditions, defect of using discount code.
9. Company is not responsible for any loss of data or other technical problems. Customers should keep proof of participation in the Program and sale slip for verification in case of necessary. In case of dispute, the Company’s decision shall be final.
10. The Company reserves the right to change the prize which is not less than the same value.
11. The Company reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions, methods and other rights hereunder by giving prior notice on www.aeon.co.th. The company is not responsible for any failure due to printing or advertising.
12. The Company reserves the right to approve the loan as Company prescribes.

14. These terms and conditions are prepared in Thai and English. If there are any inconsistency or discrepancy Thai version shall prevail for interpretation.
