Hold Card

    In case card lost/stolen

    1. In case AEON Online Member can hold card at HoldCard
    2. Contact AEON Hold card Service Center at 0-2665-0123 press 5

    In case card defective /Issue new card

    Customers can contact AEON branches nationwide to fill out a petition form. Request a new card

    In case hold card customer can inform in channels our company policy.

Activate Card

    After customer receives credit card ,you can activate card by 3 channels

    1. Register Via Application AEON THAI MOBILE in menu Card Activate Available download application at App store/Google Play or scan QR Code
    2. Register Via website  Online Card Card Activation form
    3. Via IVR 0-2665-0123 press 4
    4. Register via Smart Phone please scan code QR code;
    Remark : The credit card will be activated when activating the card completly.

Change Profile

    1. Contact at AEON Branches for fill request form change information. Please prepare ID Card or copy of ID Card (Certified correct copy)
    2. Send copy of ID.Card (Certified correct copy) specify new address and contact number ,then fax to 0-2665-0800-1
    3. Changing information via  AEON Online Services

Balance Check

    1. Via Application AEON THAI MOBILE in menu Unbilled Transaction for check balance limit shopping and cashing in same page. And able to check information use card. The page will show total credit limit and balance can use.
      Available download application at App store/Google Play or scan QR Code
    2. Via website Balance Check Inquiry
    3. Via IVR system 0-2665-0123 press1

Payment Amount

    1. Via Application AEON THAI MOBILE in menu Billing Information for check a minimum and full payment, and can check detail transaction using, and can check payment history of card and any agreement or menu Payment advice
      Available download application at App store/Google Play or scan QR Code
    2. Check payment via AEON Online Services
    3. Check payment via AEON ATM (Depositor)
    4. Check payment via IVR system 0-2665-0123 press 2
    5. Check payment via payment advice

Form

    1. Cardholder Dispute Form


    In case cardholder request to check or dispute transaction, you can download form at (pdf)

    - After you already downloaded form, you can proceed as follows:

    Fill out the Cardholder Dispute Form completely

    Documents require

    1. Copy ID card with certified true copied
    2. Cardholder Dispute Form with certified signature
    3. Other evidences (If any)

    - You can send the Form as describe in channel of document
