1. How to change address / information / E-mail address ?

    1. Contact at AEON Branches for fill request form change information. Please prepare ID Card or copy of ID Card
      (Certified true copy)
    2. Send copy of ID Card (Certified true copy) with specify your new address and contact number ,then sending a fax request to 0-2430-5120,02-430-5121
    3. You can changing your information at AEON Online Service, "Change Profile Service"  


2. How to hold credit card, in case of lost or stolen ?

    In case of lost or stolen

    1. Contact to hold card 0-2665-0123 press 5
    2. If you use AEON Online Services; Hold Card Service, you can hold card via website immediately.


    In case of damage card or re-issue card

    Contact at AEON Branches for fill request form re-issue card and please prepare ID card


3. What is AEON Happy Plan ?

    AEON Happy Plan is the program for convert credit purchase of product & service to an installment payment program. And this shall not include transactions of cash advances, transactions incurred from temporary credit limit, purpose loan facilities, penalty fees, interests and any fees and charges.


4. What is terms and conditions of Aeon Happy Plan ?

    1. Interest rate 18% per year with declining balance rate
    2. Credit card spending must be 3,000 baht up per sale slip
    3. Credit card with minimun payment of 500 bath per month
    4. Can choose a payment period of 3,6,9 and 10 months
    5. Apply to every transaction from any merchant in the same billing cycle (from 11th of the current month - 10th of following month)
    6. Once transaction is confirmed cannot be cancelled

8. How long to send reward after redemption ?

    Period to send reward approximately 4-8 weeks after the Company receive the form of redemption.


9. Prepaid phones , what system can be refilled ?

    AEON provide refill for (Pre-Paid) AIS One-2-Call, this can be done for your phone or someone phone. 


10. How many channel are there for refilling the phone ?

    There are 2 channel as

    1. AEON ATM
    2. AEON Depositor by cash payment

13. Payment due date and account summary date

    AEON has the account summary date on 10 of each month and payment due date is on 2 of next month

14. In case delayed payment, there will be additional costs or not

    Collection expense for overdue payments. Charged 100 baht per billing cycle (excluding VAT 7%)


15. How to request SMS payment balance ?

    Request SMS for ask payment 0-2665-0123 press 2 and press 3 


16. How to make payment if not receive payment advice

    1. Can make payment through AEON THAI MOBILE "PAY NOW" function.
    2. Use AEON Member Card or Credit Card do payment via AEON Depositor
    3. Use previous payment advice barcode for make the payment via AEON Depositor or counter service.
    4. Download pay-in-slip form and take the form to do payment at Bank counter
    5. Use ID. Card or agreement number from payment advice to do payment at Counter service

17. How to increase limit ?

    1. Contact AEON Branches Nationwide
    2. Fill in request form and please prepare necessary document such as ID Card , AEON Card and payroll slip/salary certification
    from company.
    3. The period of consideration within 2 weeks
    Initially, the card activated use and paid continuously. By the way ,within last 6 months has not increase limit can apply to
    increase limit


18. How to do if a card was expired ?

    The company will send a card to customer automatically. In case of customer has not receive the card, please contact AEON
    branches for checking details or issue card (Contact AEON branches nationwide)
