AEON THAI MOBILE Application is official application deployed by AEON THANASINSAP (THAILAND) PCL. Customer who have AEON Credit Card / Member Card that issued in Thailand , customer can be accessed to a monthly billing / available limit information by register the application for the first time and the next time, you can log in with a 6-digits PIN code to access it.
AEON THAI MOBILE is free of charge to download and use all functions (Expect Internet fee charged by carriers)

Is the payment service provide by AEON company, customer can pay bill through AEON THAI MOBILE Application by deducted from your bank account. Payments are available online as soon as you make a payment and can be used limit immediately (This is as per Company's terms and conditions)
PAYNOW provides bill payment service by PromptPay as linked to the specified bank and can be used limit immediately after payment process completed.
*PAYNOW payment is available at 01.00 A.M. - 22.00 P.M. Daily
*PAYNOW payment during 21-22 every month, the payment amount will not updated online immediately.

You can pay easily anywhere by choosing, You choose the minimum payment ,full amount , specify payment amount , or pay off account
1.Full amount (Pay in full for all amounts spent on your card in the past month's billing cycle. Including the outstanding balance of the previous month)
2.Minimum (Pay the minimum amount according to the payment statement of according to all spending)
3.Specify payment amount (Available to specify the payment amount as desired)
4. Pay off account (It is a payment for all account closing balances. Once the payment has been completed, there will be no outstanding balance)

2. Select payment Full amount , minimum payment , specify payment amount , or pay off account
3. Select Bank Ex.Reminder to pay PromtPay account (every bank) , KASIKORN Bank or Bangkok Bank
4. There will be a notification message to the bank application , open AEON THAI MOBILE Application and click confirm payment

*For those who receive the privilege must comply with the conditions as prescribed by the company.*
Customer can request to change information via AEON MOBILE Application.
Go to other menu click "Change Address" and then input OTP to confirm

You can make temporary hold card in case of lost card, stolen card, captured card or any other case.

Cardless service provides withdraw money without card, for Aeon customer who use credit card and Digital Your Cash via AEON THAI MOBILE Application ,this menu is convenience to customers and protection with Scan QR Code for cashing without card or pin number on transection withdraw money and Can do installment transaction without card via AEON happy pay, AEON happy plan and Prompay transfer money.
1. Log in AEON THAI MOBILE Application or Download Click http://m.aeon.co.th/AppSNS
2. Select Cardless Cashing / Cardless
3. Select card type and enter amount
4. Select PIN 6 digit
5. Choose QR Code for withdraw money on ATM via AEON application
6. Choose menu Cardless cash and select AEON on ATM
7. Scan QR Code at ATM and Select Cardless Cashing in application
8. Confirm and success transaction

2. Select Cardless Transfer via PromtPay
3. Select Credit Card, Member Card and digital Your Cash and enter amount
4. Please select either your National ID or your mobile number that you link to Your PromtPay account to receive money
5. Receive e-slip transaction successful in notification

1.Withdraw money at Siam Commercial Bank ATM, minimum amount 3,000 baht, Maximum amount 30,000 /
transaction can be made 24 hours every day
2.Withdraw money at Kasikorn Bank ATM, minimum amount 3,000 baht , Maximum amount 30,000 /
transection can be made between 00:30-22:00
3.Withdraw money at Bangkok Bank ATM, minimum amount 3,000 baht, Maximum amount 25,000 /
transaction can be made 24 hours every day
Cardless transaction with PromtPay transfer is available at 06.00 A.M. - 22.00 P.M. Daily

5. Select Card Type Apply
6. Fill OTP Code and Confirm
7. System check on data and inform result immediately
(Except Corporate Card and Supplementary Card)

1. Select “Activate Card” >> Select "Digital Your Cash"
2. Input your information
3. Show Terms and Conditions of AEON THAI MOBILE Application and AEON Online Service then Click “Confirm”
4. Screen will show Digital Your Cash Number >> Click “Accept and Activate”
5. Set PIN 6 digit for Activate Digital Your Cash and use as password for login AEON THAI MOBILE Application. (New Member)
1. Go to AEON THAI MOBILE Application >> Select menu "My card'
2. Select Digital Your Cash >> Select "Display card in full"
3. Input your PIN 6 digit
4. Show DYC full pan

1. Login to AEON THAI MOBILE Application Select My Bill and Click "E-Statement" Or Select Other menu and click E-Statement menu
2. Click Apply Paperless
3. Confirm your email or update E-Ma
4. Click Accept for Term and Condition
5. Apply E-Statement success
*You can view statements up to 6 months
The member can request new ATM PIN or change to ATM PIN 6 digits through AEON THAI MOBILE Application. Go to menu "My card" Select "Set ATM PIN" Set and Confirm PIN 6 digits. Input OTP to confirm. And receive notification to confirm transaction.
You can easily redeem your Happy Points on Happy Reward menu

It is recommended to change your phone number first
It is a payment service you can scan QR code to make transaction on mobile phone without showing the credit card.
Scan to Pay can be divided into 2 main types Detail :
• The merchant specifies payment amount (Dynamic QR)
• The customer enters the payment amount themselves (Static QR)
Make a transaction via AEON THAI MOBILE Application
1. Go to menu Scan to Pay
2. Enter a 6-digits PIN/face scan/fingerprint scan
3. Scan store QR
4. Select the card (Mastercard) you want to use.
5. Check the amount and confirm the 6-digits pin (Dynamic QR) / Specify the amount and confirm the 6-digits pin (Static QR)
It is available to use with Happy Pay, Happy Plan and full payments. When used with AEON EDC devices including Digital Credit Cards
Can be used with Mastercard credit cards initially, for other types of credit cards
It is available to use at every store that supports QR Code payment including overseas.
There is no minimum limit. In the case of paying by filling in the amount yourself (Static QR), customers can input the amount from 0.01 baht.
It is available to register but it is required to set a PIN code to keep using mobile app.
If your application has not yet been completed or you are in the process of entering your personal information, we will record your information so that you can resume and continue the process within 7 days.
Customers can set PIN after register again.
Digital Your Cash is revolving cash loan service without card and can use a services in digitat format via AEON THAI MOBILE Application immediately when a limit approved

AEON Happy Plan is the program for convert credit purchase of product & service to an installment payment program. And this shall not include transactions of cash advances, transactions incurred from temporary credit limit, purpose loan facilities, penalty fees, interests and any fees charges.

2. Credit card spending must be 3,000 baht up per sale slip
3. Credit card with minimum payment is 500 bath per month
4. Can choose a payment period from 3,6,9 and 10 months

What is Your Cash?
Your Cash is cash card and AEON Happy Pay installment payment
You can withdraw money at bank partners' ATM as below;
Remark : For customer using plastic Big C Exclusive Card and AEON Rabbit Member Card
If customer has credit card already and require to apply more Your Cash for more your convenient, Company separate the limit for Credit card and Your Cash.
Yes, customer can apply more card (For Thai nationality)
Your Cash Interest rate is equal to Personal Loan interest rate 25% per Year. Effective from 1 August 2020
Can not use Happy Pay
In case customer has AEON credit card or general customer can apply member card and digital Your Cash
via AEON THAI MOBILE Application and AEON branch to use Happy Pay.
If customer makes transaction via EDC machine, the system
will send SMS the result to customer's mobile.
If customer makes transaction by scan QR code via AEON THAI MOBILE Application,
the system will send a message to notification in application

The cancel of AEON Happy Pay transaction is divided 2 cases:
1. In case customer cancel transaction before settlement,
a merchant can cancel transaction via EDC machine.
2. In case customer cancel and return goods after settlement,
The merchant should submit cancelling documents to AEON company.
AEON company shall cancel the transaction and refund to customer
