- Copy of Certification document (The issue date of affidavit must be less than threemonths from application date)
- Copy of Memorandum of Association

- Copy of bank statement for the last 6 months - Copy of ID Card of the authorized director and coordinator
Cardholder Document
- Copy od ID Card
- Copy of passport and work permit for foreigner
