Terms and Conditions of AEON Petster Credit Card Benefits
These benefits are exclusively reserved for AEON Petster Credit Card holders (“Cardholders”) issued by AEON Thana Sinsap (Thailand) Public Company Limited (“Company”).

Reward Points Conditions
- This privilege is exclusively for AEON Petster Credit Card members. Cardholders must maintain active membership status and have no payment defaults throughout the promotional period until the reward points are credited.
- Double points will be calculated only from spending at veterinary clinics (MCC Code 0742) and pet supply stores (MCC Code 5995). Cancelled transactions and refunded purchases/services (Void/Refund) are excluded.
- ransactions incurred by the Supplementary Cardholder(s) shall be calculated into the Primary Cardholder account.
- Reward points will be shown on the credit card statement within two billing cycles.
- The Company will credit reward points to the primary card account within two billing cycles from the transaction date. If points are not received, please notify the Company within 30 days after the expected date. For incorrect points, please notify the Company within 90 days from the date the points were received.
- The Company reserves the right to grant, cancel, revoke, or reclaim all or part of the reward points already credited to the Cardholder if any fraudulent, dishonest, or unlawful behavior is detected, including violations of regulations from relevant authorities such as the Bank of Thailand. The Company also reserves the right to claim damages as appropriate.
- The Company reserves the right to amend the terms, conditions, methods, and benefits under this program. Any changes will be announced via http://www.aeon.co.th In case of disputes, the Company’s decision is final.
Free Pet Insurance enjoy complimentary coverage for your pet
Cardholders will receive 3 months of coverage when you apply for a card, get approved, and activate your card. The insurance provides protection for one pet owned by the cardholder (limited to dogs or cats only).

Policy Conditions
- Pets must be between 3 months and 7 years of age.
- Coverage applies within Thailand only.
- Insurance is limited to dogs and cats only.
- The cardholder must pay upfront and submit receipts for reimbursement. For claims assistance, please contact Claims Service at Tel. 02-676-9888 ext. 282 or 260.
- Coverage is restricted to treatment at veterinary hospitals only.
- Pet insurance coverage shall commence within 60 days from the date of card activation and shall become effective only upon the cardholder’s receipt of an SMS confirmation of coverage from the Company.
Exclusions Conditions
- Intentional killing, poisoning, or acts of cruelty.
- Death or medical expenses resulting from malnutrition, improper food storage, overcrowding, or suffocation due to heat waves.
- Death or medical expenses incurred during transportation by land, water, or air.
- Other exclusions as specified in the insurance policy terms and conditions.
