Steps to get privilege
• Redeem AEON Happy Points through AEON THAI MOBILE App
• After selecting a product, customers must fill in complete and correct delivery information. If the address is incomplete members must pay the delivery fee again by themselves.
• Products will be shipped within 7 working days after redemption is completed and delivered within 14 days from the shipping date.
• Products that have been successfully redeemed cannot be exchanged or returned in any case except in cases where the product is damaged or incorrect due to the partner’s error in such cases the product will be replaced at no additional cost only customers can report product exchange issues via AEON Call Center 02-665-0123 within 3 working days.
• If the recipient cannot be contacted or no one is available to receive the product, the product will be returned and customers must contact the Call Center 02-665-0123 to arrange reshipment.
• For inquiries or questions regarding reward redemption, please contact AEON Call Center 02-665-0123.
