    8. SHOPPING CASH COUPON ต้องใช้คู่กับบัตรเครดิตตามที่ระบุเท่านั้น และสามารถใช้ได้เฉพาะร้านค้าในศูนย์การค้าที่ร่วมรับ เท่านั้น ตรวจสอบรายชื่อร้านค้าที่ EM PRIVILEGE ชั้น M ศูนย์การค้า เอ็มโพเรียม, เอ็มควอเทียร์ และเอ็มสเฟียร์
    9. ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขโดยมิต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า กรณีมีข้อพิพาทคำตัดสินของศูนย์การค้าฯ ถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด
    10. โปรดตรวจสอบร้านค้าที่เข้าร่วมรายการ ได้ที่ EM PRIVILEGE

    ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไข :

    1. สิทธิพิเศษสำหรับผู้ถือบัตรเครดิตอิออนทุกประเภท (ยกเว้นบัตรเครดิตเพื่อองค์กร) ที่ออกโดยบริษัท อิออน ธนสินทรัพย์ (ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด (มหาชน) (“บริษัทฯ”) เมื่อมียอดใช้จ่ายผ่านบัตรเครดิตอิออน ณ  ร้านค้าภายในศูนย์การค้าเอ็มโพเรียม, เอ็มควอเทียร์ และเอ็มสเฟียร์ ระหว่างวันที่ 27 มิถุนายน 2568 – 30 มิถุนายน 2568 (4 วัน)
    2. รับ SHOPPING CASH COUPON หมดอายุวันที่ 31 กรกฎาคม 2568 ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนหรือทอนเป็นเงินสด หรือผลประโยชน์อื่นใดได้ เงื่อนไขการขายสินค้าหรือบริการเป็นไปตามที่ร้านค้ากำหนด บริษัทฯ ไม่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับสินค้าหรือบริการใดๆ หากมีข้อสงสัยกรุณาติดต่อสอบถามร้านค้าที่ทำรายการโดยตรง
    3. บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเรียกเก็บค่าใช้จ่ายคืนจากบัญชีบัตรเครดิตตาม SHOPPING CASH COUPON ในกรณีที่ผู้ถือบัตรปฏิเสธการจ่ายเงินในรายการใช้จ่ายผ่านบัตรเครดิตที่นำมาลงทะเบียนนั้น หรือผู้ถือบัตรทำการยกเลิกรายการใช้จ่ายผ่านบัตรเครดิตดังกล่าวในภายหลัง จากที่ผู้ถือบัตรได้ลงทะเบียนรับ SHOPPING CASH COUPON ไปแล้ว
    4. สงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขโดยมิต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า หากมีกรณีพิพาทให้ถือคำตัดสินของศูนย์การค้าฯเป็นที่สิ้นสุด
    5. บริษัทฯ มิได้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับ SHOPPING CASH COUPON ข้อกำหนด เงื่อนไขการใช้ SHOPPING CASH COUPON เป็นไปตามที่ผู้ให้บริการกำหนด หากพบความไม่สะดวกในการใช้บริการหรือความชำรุดบกพร่อง กรุณาติดต่อผู้ให้บริการโดยตรง
    6. บริษัทสงวนสิทธิ์ระงับการให้ หรือเรียกคืนของรางวัล หากผู้ถือบัตรขาดคุณสมบัติ มิได้ใช้บัตรเครดิตเพื่อการอุปโภคบริโภคส่วนบุคคลของผู้ถือบัตรใช้สิทธิโดยไม่สุจริต ทุจริตหรือฉ้อฉลเพื่อให้ได้มาซึ่งของรางวัลหรือสิทธิประโยชน์ ไม่ปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขของรายการส่งเสริมการขายอย่างถูกต้องครบถ้วน หรือใช้บัตรเครดิตเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ที่มิชอบด้วยกฎหมายหรือศีลธรรมอันดี หรือใช้เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ทางธุรกิจของผู้ถือบัตร ครอบครัว เครือญาติ บุคคลใกล้ชิด หรือธุรกิจที่ผู้ถือบัตรและบุคคลดังกล่าวมีส่วนได้เสียไม่ว่าโดยทางตรงหรือทางอ้อม
    7. บริษัทสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนด เงื่อนไข วิธีการ และสิทธิประโยชน์ใดๆ โดยจะแจ้งให้ทราบผ่านทาง www.aeon.co.th กรณีมีข้อพิพาท คำตัดสินของบริษัทฯ ถือเป็นที่สุด
    8. กรณีที่ SHOPPING CASH COUPON สูญหาย หรือเกิดความเสียหาย ทางศูนย์การค้าฯ จะไม่รับผิดชอบในทุกกรณี
    9. โปรดตรวจสอบเงื่อนไขและรายละเอียดเพิ่มเติม ณ จุดขายและสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์อื่นของบริษัทผ่านทาง www.aeon.co.th
    10. ใช้เท่าที่จำเป็น และชำระคืนได้เต็มจำนวนตามกำหนด จะได้ไม่เสียดอกเบี้ย 16% ต่อปี
