Terms & Conditions

1. Exclusively for all Card holders of all types of AEON Gold Card and Classic Card

2. Eligible entries will have a chance to win the following prizes:

· All-Electric MINI Cooper SE High Trim: 1 prize, valued at 1,799,000 Baht

· Round-trip Thai Airways Business Class tickets (Bangkok–Japan) for 2 passengers: 2 prizes, each valued at 193,200 Baht, total value 386,400 Baht

· ALL NEW YAMAHA NMAX TECH MAX [2025]: 3 prizes, each valued at 113,500 Baht, total value 340,500 Baht

3. Earn 1 entry For every 33 AEON Happy Points redeemed via the AEON THAI MOBILE application

4. The lucky draw will be conducted on Apr 21, 2026 at AEON Thana Sinsap (Thailand) Public Company Limited.

5. The winners will be announced on Apr 30, 2026 at www.aeon.co.th and via a letter sent directly to the winners.

6. In the event that a participant is selected for multiple prizes, the Company reserves the right to award only one prize — the one with the highest value. (Limited to 1 prize/person/promotional period).

7. The Company will inform the winners of the prize awarding ceremony date, schedule, and instructions for claiming the prize by a letter delivered to the address provided for receiving payment advice. The winners must contact the Company within 10 days from the announcement date to confirm their right to claim the prize. If the winner refuses to receive the prize, cannot be contacted, fails to contact the Company or fails to pay withholding tax, fees or other related expenses within specified time, it shall be deemed that such winner forfeits for his/her right to the winning prize.

8. Prize winners are responsible for a 5% withholding tax, and any other fees or expenses as stipulated by law and relevant authorities. The prize value must be included in the winner’s annual personal income tax calculation under the progressive tax rate, which may result in additional tax liability.

9. The value of the gold is based on the market price as of October 17, 2025, and the value of other prizes is based on the market price as of October 2025, which may vary or differ from the selling prices in each area. The company will not compensate for any price differences of the prizes under any circumstances.

10. The Company reserves the right to any substitute prize with another of equal value and to determine color and model of the prize without prior notice.

11. The Company is not responsible for the prizes. In case of defect or issue, please contact the manufacturer or distributor directly.

12. Prizes are the exclusive use of the winners and cannot be transferred, exchanged, converted to cash or substituted for other rights or prizes.

13. The Company reserves the right to draw a list of alternate winners to be used in the event that any prize recipient declines the prize or is found to be ineligible.

14. Employees of the AEON Group(1), advertising agencies, member of the lucky draw committee and their families are not eligible to participate in this promotional campaign.

15. The Company retains the exclusive proprietary and intellectual property rights over any information, records whether visual or audio, photos and/or any other types of media relating to the winners. The Company reserves the right to use in any publicity materials and media without consideration.

16. The Company reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, procedures, and any benefits by giving notice via www.aeon.co.th. In case of dispute, the Company’s decision shall be final.

17. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between Thai version and any other language versions of these terms and conditions, the Thai version shall prevail for interpretation.
