Eligible Applicant
- All holders of AEON credit card, both primary and supplementary, (The "Cardholder") issued by AEON Thana Sinsap (Thailand) Public Company Limited (the "Company") who maintain their membership status and are not delinquent on the date of redemption.
AEON Happy Point Accumulation
- When spending every 20 Baht of goods or services, get 1 reward point for AEON Royal Orchid Plus Platinum Card, BigC Platinum Visa Card and AEON Rabbit Platinum Card both primary and supplementary
- When purchasing goods or services every 25 baht, get 1 reward point for AEON credit card partners
- When spending every 30 Baht of goods or services, get 1 reward point for AEON Gold Credit Card.
- When spending every 35 Baht of goods or services, get 1 reward point for AEON Classic Credit Card.
- Except AEON-UnionPay Platinum Credit Card and AEON J-Premier Credit Card Platinum and AEON Credit Card Wellness Platinum No Reward Points AEON Happy Point earned by every supplementary card of its primary card will be accumulated to the AEON Happy Point account of the Primary card automatically.
- AEON Happy Point earned from AEON Royal Orchid Plus Platinum Card can redeem only Royal Orchid Plus mileage.
- AEON Happy Point earned from Big C Platinum Visa Card can redeem only Big C Voucher.
Validity Period of AEON Happy Point
- AEON Happy Point is valid for a maximum period of 4 years until 31 December of the expiry year of card. The Cardholder can check his/her AEON Happy Point and its expiry date from monthly billing statement of primary card
Terms and Conditions
- In redeeming AEON Happy Point, the Cardholder consents to the disclosure of his/her name, address and contact phone number to the product/service Provider and delivery service provider of the reward.
- 1. The privileges of point redemption in the AEON Happy Rewards program of the company can be enjoyed by the Cardholder only.
- 2. Point redemption in the AEON Happy Reward program is reserved for the primary Cardholder only. The right to point redemption is non-transferable.

- 4. Point redemption in 3. Above shall be valid only upon the company’s receipt of correct and complete information.
- 5. After proceeding with point redemption whether by any method, the Cardholder may cancel, change or amend the redemption details only within the 10th day of following month, otherwise the Cardholder can no longer object such point redemption and shall accept the reward redeemed.
- 6. The reward cannot be returned, transferred nor converted to cash or other privileges or services.
- 7. The Reward is limited in numbers. In case the reward is out of stock, the Company reserves the right to deliver substitute reward of comparable with similar value or cancel such reward without prior notice.
- 8. The point redeemed will be deducted from the accumulated AEON Happy Point of the relevant credit card. In case the points redeemed are of more than one credit card, the points accumulated in the said credit cards shall in aggregate be not less than the redemption points required for the reward.
- 9. Point redemption shall comply with the redemption conditions prescribed for each reward by the Company. If the points are insufficient or the Cardholder is delinquent on the date of redemption, the company reserves the right to cancel the redemption transaction of than particular Cardholder at the discretion of company.

Any fraud, deception or counterfeit in order to obtain AEON Happy Point, whether all or partial, may result in the Company cancelling the points and/or recalling the reward and goods, etc. and demanding payment for the services used and any and all expenses incurred therefore, including cancelling relevant credit and initiating legal proceedings against wrongdoer.
- 11. The Company shall not take a responsibility in any defect or loss of reward redeemed. By the way, in case of any problem or question about reward, the Cardholder can directly contact with the product/service provider or for additional information, the Cardholder can contact Customer Service at phone number 0-2665-0123
- 12. The Company shall provide the Cardholder’s information including (but not limited to) name-surname, address, and phone number to product/service provider for the confirmation of time and place of delivery in order to obtain correctness and convenience for the reward delivery

Purchase of any transaction incurred for “Unit Linked”, All Mutual Fund and Foreign currency exchange through AEON credit card will no longer be entitled to AEON Happy Rewards Point and promotion campaigns which incurred via AEON credit card for the transactions at any under merchant category code (MCC 6051, 6211, 9223)
- 14. AEON Happy Reward Points will be cancellation when spend of online advertising purchases through All AEON credit cards (Merchant Category: 7311, such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) will no longer be entitled to AEON Happy Reward Points.
- 15. The Company will give AEON Happy Points for spending through AEON Credit Card up to 10,000 THB per card per merchant category per statement cycle for payment at MCC: Service Station 5541, 5542 and MCC: Hypermarket Supermarket 5411, 5310
- 16. The Company will give AEON Happy Points to Cardholder’s spending which does not exceed two times of the credit limit be approved by the Company of each card per each statement cycle. The spending above this condition will not be eligible for Rewards Points accumulation and calculation.
- 17. The Company reserves the right to amend redemption conditions and / or rewards catalogue and / or redemption points required for each reward, including canceling AEON Happy Rewards program as it deems appropriate without prior notice.
- 18. In case of dispute, Arising from AEON Happy Rewards program, The Company's decision shall be final.
- 19. Where these Terms and Conditions are made in Thai and other languages version, If there are any discrepancies or inconsistencies, the Thai version shall prevail for the interpretation.
Delivery of Reward
- The delivery will take 1-2 weeks after the company receive the redemption form or request
- Once the reward is delivered to the Cardholder at the address specified in the redemption form / instruction and a period of not less than 30 days has passed without the Cardholder’s notice otherwise, the Company shall deem that the reward has duly been received by the Cardholder in good condition
