Relief Measures for Customers Impacted
by Flooding in Southern Thailand

AEON Thana Sinsap (Thailand) Public Company Limited (“the Company”) cares about customers affected by flooding in Southern Thailand, which has resulted in increased financial burdens for recovery or reduced ability to repay debts.

The Company has considered providing assistance to customers in the affected areas without requiring them to notify the Company. The assistance measures include:

  • Debt Payment Suspension (Principal and Interest) For billing cycles due on December 2, 2025 and January 2, 2026

Applicable loan types :                   

  • Credit Cards
  • Your Cash Loan
  • Happy Loan
  • Personal Loan
  • AEON Auto Quick Cash
  • Used Car Hire Purchase
  • Motorcycle Hire Purchase
  • Big Bike Hire Purchase

  • Debt Payment Suspension (Paid Interest Only) For billing cycle due on February 2, 2026

Applicable loan types :                     

  • Credit Cards
  • Your Cash Loan
  • Happy Loan

Remarks :

- Excluding all AEON CORPORATE CARD types
- Excluding customers with Non-Performing Loan (NPL) status as of the billing cycle due on December 2, 2025
- Excluding customers who have registered for Direct Debit Payment Service where debit was successful.
- Areas declared by government office as disaster areas.
