Notification of changes in the privileges, 3% and 1% cash back

and conditions for receiving Miracle Lounge vouchers for Aeon UnionPay Platinum Credit Card.

  • Starting from 11 July 2025 onwards.
  1. Get 3% cashback when spending in China/Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan and get 1% cashback when spending in Thailand*

    Conditions;
    • Get 3% cashback when spending in China by using CNY currency, or in Hong Kong by using HKD currency, or in Macau by using MOP currency, or in Taiwan by using TWD currency only. The maximum amount of cashback is THB 2,500 / primary card / billing cycle (Maximum THB 30,000 / year). All transactions incurred by the supplementary card shall be calculated as part of the primary card.
    • Get 1% cashback when spending in Thailand by using THB currency only. The maximum amount of cashback is THB 500 / primary card / billing cycle (Maximum THB 6,000 / year). All transactions incurred by the supplementary card shall be calculated as part of the primary card.
    • These privileges start on 11 July 2025 onwards.
    • The Company shall calculate cashback from credit card spending (excluding transaction from mutual fund, life/non-life insurance under Merchant Category Code 5960, 6211, 6300, 9223, installment payment, personal loan and hire purchase, cash advance withdrawal, Foreign Currency Exchange, interest and credit usage fee, penalty, fees and taxes as well as cancelled or returned goods/services.
    • The billing cycle of credit card accounts is on 11th of current month until 10th of next month. The transaction of supplementary card (if any) will be calculated into a primary card account.
    • The spending amount to be used as the basis for calculating cashback will be the amount after calculation of foreign currency conversion risk on the transaction records date.
    • The Company will rebate cardholder the cashback into the primary card accounts within 90 days after the end of billing cycle (every 10th of month). In case there are non-receive of cash back, cardholders shall inform The Company within 30 days after such period ends and in case of incorrectness of cashback, please inform The within 30 days from cashback receiving date.
    • The Company reserves the right to cancel or revoke or charge back all or some of cashback benefit if The Company found any fraud, actions that illegal laws or related regulators such as Bank of Thailand (BOT) including claim for damages from cardholders.
    • The Company reserves the right to prevail of reference from The Company’s data. Cardholders have to keep sale slip when The Company requests the evidence, otherwise The Company will be deemed that data is correct.
    • This privilege cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.
    • This privilege is not transferable or convertible to cash or other privileges.
    • The Company reserves the right for active cardholders with payment history in good standing under The Company’s criteria and comply with terms and conditions until the date the cash back is credited into the credit card account.
    • Please keep your receipt to verify eligibility. If there is no such evidence in case that the Company requests to investigate The Company reserves the right not to give cashback for this promotion.
    • The Company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions and will notify on company website. If there is a dispute, the decision of company is considered final.
    • Use when necessary and pay back full amount on time to avoid 16% interest rate per year
  2. Miracle Lounge access at Suvarnabhumi Airport and/or Don Mueang International Airport
    Complimentary access to Miracle Lounge at Suvarnabhumi Airport and/or Don Mueang International Airport, 2 times/year by present
    1) Voucher
    2) Boarding Pass
    3) AEON-UnionPay Platinum Card.

    Conditions;
    • Complimentary access to any Miracle Lounge at Suvarnabhumi Airport and/or Don Mueang International Airport, two (2) times/year. This service access privilege can only be used by the primary card only.
    • The Cardholder must present a voucher and a valid Boarding Pass for a domestic or international flight with his/her AEON-UnionPay Platinum Card. One voucher per visit per person for the primary cardholder only.
    • The Cardholder is entitled to bring one companion into the lounge by using 1 additional voucher.
    • Primary cardholders whose cards have been activated since 11 July 2025 and have accumulated spending via AEON-UnionPay Platinum Credit Card of 20,000 baht or more after card activation within 60 days, the company will deliver 2 vouchers to the address provided to the company within 60 days from the end of the said 60-day period, calculated from the total spending of the primary card and all supplementary cards under the primary card.
    • Existing customers who are primary cardholders whose cards are activated within July of each year onwards and have accumulated spending via AEON-UnionPay Platinum Credit Card from 120,000 baht or more throughout the period of 1 year (counted from the month the card is activated), the company will deliver 2 vouchers to the address provided to the company within 60 days after the anniversary date and check that the spending meets the conditions, calculated from the total spending of the primary card and all supplementary cards under the primary card.
    • Due to the change in the terms and conditions for receiving vouchers for AEON-UnionPay Platinum Cardholders who have accumulated spending of 120,000 baht throughout the 1-year period, some cardholders may be affected by insufficient spending period to accumulate spending during the period of the announcement of the change. Therefore, the Company would like to allow using the pro-rate calculation method only for holders card who will receive vouchers in the period of July 2025 - June 2026 to give cardholders a fair chance to receive vouchers.

    • These privileges start on 11 July 2025 onwards.
    • The accumulated spending will only count full payment transactions, excluding monthly installment transactions (Happy Plan), installment transactions (Happy Plan) via AEON THAI MOBILE App., cash advances from all channels, interest, various fees, canceled transactions, and returned merchandise.
    • The Company reserves the right to provide vouchers only to cardholders who are still members and have a good payment history according to the Company's criteria and use the card according to the terms and conditions as determined by the Company until the date of providing the vouchers.
    • If the cardholder who has spent the full amount according to the conditions does not receive the voucher, the cardholder must notify the company within 30 days from the expiration of the specified period, otherwise the company will assume that the cardholder has received the voucher correctly and completely.
    • Complimentary access to any Miracle Lounge at Suvarnabhumi Airport (Concourse A, A1, C, D, F, G and Z1) and Don Mueang International Airport (at Terminal 1 and Terminal 2).
    • The service can be used for no more than 2 hours/time only. If the service is used for more than the specified period, the cardholder will have to pay an additional service fee.
    • The Cardholder must comply with all terms and conditions of Miracle Lounge.
    • In case of flight irregularity/disruption may occur, the cardholder has already accessed a Miracle Lounge whereby the visit has already been recorded may not re-enter to the lounge.
    • The voucher cannot be transferred or exchanged to cash.
    • If the voucher is lost or damaged, whether by any reasons, the company reserves the right not to issue replacement voucher in all cases.
    • In case the AEON-UnionPay Platinum credit card expires, access to the Miracle Lounge will not be available.
