Dear Valued Cardholders

AEON Thana Sinsap (Thailand) Public Company Limited (the “Company”) would like to express our sincere gratitude to all cardholders for your continued support and trust in using Big C World Mastercard Card, Big C Platinum Visa Card and Big C Exclusive Card (“Big C Cards”).

Nonetheless, due to the cessation of the business cooperation between the Company and Big C Supercenter Public Company Limited effective on March 31, 2026, the Company would like to inform our cardholders that Big C Cards privileges and services will continue until September 30, 2026.

Issuance and renewal of new Big C Cards

The Company will stop issuing and renewing new Big C Cards since April 1, 2026.

AEON Happy Points

Accumulated AEON Happy Points can be redeemed until November 30, 2026 subject to the terms and conditions prescribed by the Company.

Annual fee

For the cardholders who have paid the annual fee, the Company will refund the annual fee on a pro-rata basis for the remaining period of the applicable year.

Recurring payment

Automatic monthly utility and subscription payments via Big C Cards will be posted until September 30, 2026. Cardholders are advised to update payment methods with respective service providers before such date.

The Company is willing to continue providing financial services to our cardholders. For those cardholders wishing to apply for other credit card, installment and personal loan services offered by the Company, please feel free to do so via AEON THAI MOBILE Application or at any Company branches nationwide, subject to the prescribed terms and conditions.
