Dear AEON Royal Orchid Plus cardholder
Due to COVID – 19 pandemic that effected Thai Airways and all of the flights has been temporarily suspended since April 2020 until now. This situation cause AEON Royal Orchid Plus card member (“cardholder”) to have a limitation to access Royal Silk Lounge at Suvarnabhumi Airport.
AEON Thana Sinsap (Thailand) Public Company Limited (“The Company”) realizes the benefit to access Royal Silk Lounge of cardholder, hence The Company extends validity of Royal Silk Lounge Voucher in 2022 automatically and cardholder is not required to contact The Company. Additionally, your Royal Silk Lounge Voucher will be extended validity to December 31st,2022.

Remark: If the voucher is lost or damaged, whether by any reason, The Company reserves the right not to issue replacement vouchers in all cases.
