Subject      Notification of card approval and card renewal condition

Dear          Applicant and Cardholder,

To comply with the BOT’s Responsible Lending regulation under which Debt Service Ratio and Residual Income shall be taken into account, the applicant/cardholder may be required to submit additional proof of income and supporting documents to prove/update your financial status.

In this regard, AEON reserves the right to approve or decline application or renewal based on such additional proof and documents for the sake of compliance with the applicable regulation, Credit Card Agreement and AEON’s credit policy.
