    Terms and Conditions of AEON Lounge Access

    • Please present your national ID card at the branch reception counter to register for lounge access each time.
    • AEON Lounge privileges are reserved for AEON credit cardholders with an active account and at least one spending transaction made in the previous month, using the same AEON credit card registered for lounge access as detailed below:

    • AEON Lounge access privileges are available at all branches and are limited to one visit per cardholder, applicable to both primary and supplementary cardholders.
    • Supplementary cardholders may access the lounge only if they have met the prior month’s spending requirement using their supplementary card. Primary card spending cannot be used.
    • Each cardholder may bring up to 1 accompanying guest per visit. Children under 100 cm in height may be admitted with a maximum of 2 per visit.
    • If a cardholders and/or guest exceeds the allotted lounge time for their card type and wishes to re-enter on the same day, they must register again. The additional visit counts as a separate use.
    • Please set mobile phones to silent mode and refrain from loud conversations, tutoring, meetings, or teaching activities to avoid disturbing other members.
    • Outside food and beverages are not permitted in AEON Lounge. Members are entitled to consume snacks and drinks provided within the lounge area only.
    • Each member (Cardholder or Companion) is entitled to 1 complimentary set of beverages and snacks per day, subject to availability.
    • We do not provide storage for personal belongings and are not responsible for any loss or damage incurred while using the lounge.
    • Pets are not allowed in the lounge area.
    • We reserve the right to deny or cancel lounge access if a member fails to comply with the stated terms and conditions
    • We reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions of lounge service as appropriate, with due consideration for the best interests of eligible members.

    *Use when necessary and pay back full amount on time to avoid 16% interest rate per year.
