The business has been registered to the business registration (Department of Business Development registration) not less than 9 months
The registration capital is not less than 1 million baht in case of the business is registered as a limited partnership, a company limited, or a public company limited
The business owns a storefront for conveniently sell the merchandises
The merchandises has to be well known for public
AEON Thana Sinsap (Thailand) Public Company Limited will transfer money to the business partner by bank transferring so the business partner is obligated to open an account under the name of business partner with Bangkok bank or Kasikorn bank
VAT Registration certificate Phor por 20 (if any) but for General Hire Purchase (GHP) category, Vat Registration certificate is required at any case

Certificate document of registered company limited, limited partnership (not over 6 months) in case commercial registration is required attach commercial registration
Copy of Phor por 20 (VAT registration)
Copy of ID of company Authorized person
Copy of House registration of company Authorized person
Certificate of authorized dealer which any product from the brand owner (In case of trade registration less than 9 months or registration capital less than 1 million baht)
Copy of Bank Account or Bank’s statement 6 months update
Name card of a co-operation person
Map of shop or company’s location
Photos of the storefront, photos of the merchandises on the shelves, leaflets or brochures
Copy of the first page of the bank account to transfer the money to (Bangkok Bank or Kasikorn Bank under the name of the business partner)
Copy of ID card of ultimate beneficial owner(s) (Shareholders over 25%) and copy of the passport in case the ultimate beneficial owner is a foreigner
Confirmation letter for the shop’s name in case the name is not the same as the licensed shop
Certification Document of Bor Oor Jor 5, in case certificate for Company limited or Hor Sor 2 in case certificate in Limited Partnership (not over 6 months)
Copy of the certificate of approval for buying and selling antiques and secondhand merchandises in case the business is an auto loans or car financing
