1. Get Cash Back 5% when spending at online shopping stores at least 500 THB per sales slip (Exclude Airline ticket and related expenses), not including purchase via Scan to Pay, Top-up or transfer money via E-Wallet, and P2P payment.

2. The maximum cash back is 1,000 THB/primary card/ billing cycle.

3. This privilege is not transferable or convertible to cash or other privileges.

4. The billing cycle of credit card accounts is on 11th day of current month until 10th day of next month.

5. The Company will calculate the eligible amount from accumulated spending amounts of credit cards, excluding transaction from Airline ticket and related expenses (MCC Code 3000-3350, 4511), Investment unit purchase/mutual funds (MCC Code 6211), any merchant insurance category (MCC Code 5960, 6300, 9223), public utility payment and/or auto bill payment (MCC Code 4900, 4814), spending via easyBills, easyBills+ website or application, installment, loan and hire purchase transaction, foreign currency exchange (MCC Code 6051, 4829), cash advance withdrawal, interest, credit usage fee, penalty, fee and taxes as well as cancelled and refunded transaction, payment which does not comply with terms and conditions, illegal transaction and vat refund shall be excluded when calculating the eligible amount.

6. The cash back amount shall be displayed in the bill within two billing cycles. In case there are non- receive of cash back, card member shall contact The Company within 30 days from receipt of a bill and in case of any disputes regarding the calculation for cash back, card member shall contact the company within 90 days from receipt of cash back.

7. The company reserves the rights to exempt points for any transactions.

8. AEON NextGen Digital Credit Card holder must be in good standing with no delinquency of credit card and/or all types of loan of the Company until the date of transferring cash back to credit card’s account.

9. The Company reserves the right to cancel revoke or charge back all or some of cash back benefit if the company found any fraud, actions that illegal laws or related regulators such Bank of Thailand (BOT) including claim for damages from cardholder.

10. The Company reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions, methods and other rights hereunder by giving notice on www.aeon.co.th In case of dispute, the Company’s decision shall be final.

7. The reward will be delivered to eligible the customer within 150 days from end date of the Campaign Period, if the customer does not receive the reward or receives it incorrectly, the customer must notify the Company within 30 days after this period. Otherwise, the Company will consider the reward has been correctly and fully received by the customer.
8. The right to receive the reward is exclusive for the customer and cannot be transferred, changed, or exchanged for cash, or substituted with other items.

4. The company will calculate the eligible amount from accumulated total spending of credit cards including primary card and supplementary card(s). Loan and hire purchase transaction, any merchant investment unit purchase/mutual funds, Unit Linked Insurance (MCC Code 6211), foreign currency exchange (MCC Code 6051, 4829), cash advance withdrawal, Interest, credit usage fee, penalty, fees and taxes as well as cancelled and refunded transaction shall be excluded when calculating the eligible amount

5. The company will give the cash back into primary card account within 120 days after the campaign expires. If the cash back has not been received or in case of incorrectness of cash back please inform the Company within 30 days after such period end. Otherwise, Company will be deemed that cardholder has correctly received cash back.

6. The right to receive a cash back is exclusive for the cardholder and cannot be transferred, changed, or exchanged into cash, right or other services.

7. The company reserved rights not to reward Cash back for customer as follows;

   - Customer who has enrolled “COVID-19 plan” (the measure for customer who affected by Coronavirus) in term of Payment Skipping and in term Debt Restructuring with special interest rate 14%.

   - Customer who has enrolled “COVID-19 plan” after participating in this campaign.

8. Participation in this campaign is reserved for active cardholders with payment history in good standing under the Company’s criteria throughout the campaign and up until the cash back receiving date. Cash back will not be granted if (1) overpayment is made into cardholder’s credit card account (2) cardholder uses credit card or loan for any purpose in contrary to the law, public order or good morals, for commercial purpose or for the business of cardholder, cardholder’s family, relatives or close acquaintances (3) cardholder uses credit card or loan in the manner of not complying with the terms and conditions as prescribed by the Company or the terms and conditions of this campaign. Company reserves the right to cancel the cash back if the cardholder is later found to be unqualified or ineligible.

9. Company reserves the right for the active cardholder who has good payment history without being default for payment on all of any credit card and/or member card with Company from the commencing date of campaign period until the cash back calculation period.

10. The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions by giving notice via www.aeon.co.th. In case of dispute, the company’s decision shall be final.

12. Where these terms and conditions are in Thai and other language versions, if there are any discrepancies and inconsistencies, the Thai version shall prevail for interpretation.
