- The spending amount calculation is not included penalty fee, other fee, cancelled transaction and refund transaction.
- Members must have an outstanding balance of at least 3,000 THB on the date of data retrieval, but not more than 120 days from the date of card approval.
The Company reserves the right for the active cardholders who has good payment history without being default for payment on all of any credit card and/or member card with The Company from the commencing date of campaign period until the premium and cashback calculation period.
The Company reserves the rights not to grant premium and cash back on this campaign for the customer as follows:
- Customer who joined the relieve measures for customer who affected by Covid-19 in term of skip payment and in term of debt restructuring with special interest rate 14%
- Customer who joined relieve measures for customer who affected by Covid-19 after participating in the campaign.
The company reserves the right to prevail of reference from the company's data. Card members have to keep sale slip when the company requests the evidence.
Premium and cash back cannot be changed to cash or transferred to any kind of product and to other person.
