1. Participation in the Campaign is reserved exclusively for the customer who applies for AEON Primo Digital Credit Card during 12 November 2024 – 10 March 2025

2. Campaign registration method:
   • SMS registration: Type PM@ then followed by 16 digits of eligible credit card number without space, and send to 4221475 and receive a confirmation message before making transactions. Registration can be done via Dtac, AIS or TrueMove H mobile network (3 baht for registration fee/Time, excluding VAT); or
   • Website or Application registration: register via www.aeon.co.th or AEON THAI MOBILE Application and receive a confirmation message before making transactions, free of charge.
   Please keep proof of registration to verify eligibility. The Company reserves the right not to give a reward in case the customer has no proof of registration or fail to register or does not receive a confirmation message.
3. Participation in the Campaign is reserved exclusively for primary cardholder, limited to 1 right per ID card number. For supplementary cards, the qualifying spending that meets the conditions will be combined with the primary card’s spending.
4. If the customer’s cumulative spending in any billing cycle exceeds twice the approved credit limit granted by the Company, the customer will not be eligible to receive reward.
5. Participation in this Campaign is reserved for active customer with payment history in good standing for all loan with the Company under the Company’s criteria throughout the Campaign and up until the date the Company considers the eligibility for receiving the reward.
6. The Company reserves the right not to reward to the customer who has enrolled COVID-19 plan.
7. The reward will be delivered to eligible the customer within 150 days from end date of the Campaign Period, if the customer does not receive the reward or receives it incorrectly, the customer must notify the Company within 30 days after this period. Otherwise, the Company will consider the reward has been correctly and fully received by the customer.
8. The right to receive the reward is exclusive for the customer and cannot be transferred, changed, or exchanged for cash, or substituted with other items.
9. Conditions of Lazada E-Coupon are as specified by Lazada Company Limited.
10. The Company reserves the right to withhold or reclaim reward if the customer is deemed ineligible, does not use the credit card for personal consumption, uses their rights dishonestly, fraudulently, or deceitfully to obtain reward or benefits, failed to comply fully with the terms and conditions of the promotional campaign, or uses the credit card for illegal or immoral purposes, or for the business purposes of the customer, family, relatives, close associates, or any businesses in which the customer and such persons have a direct or indirect interest.
11. The Company reserves the right to amend or cancel any terms and conditions including privileges by giving notice via www.aeon.co.th or other channels designated by the Company. In case of any dispute, the Company’s decision shall be final.
12. Where these terms and conditions are in Thai and other language versions, if there are any discrepancies and inconsistencies, the Thai version shall prevail for interpretation.

6. The cash back amount shall be displayed in the bill within two billing cycles. In case there are non-receive of cash back, card member shall contact The Company within 30 days from receipt of a bill and in case of any disputes regarding the calculation for cash back, card member shall contact the company within 90 days from receipt of cash back.
7. AEON Primo Digital Credit Card holder must be in good standing with no delinquency of credit card and/or all types of loan of the Company until the date of transferring cash back to credit card’s account.
8. The Company reserves the right to cancel revoke or charge back all or some of cash back benefit if the company found any fraud, actions that illegal laws or related regulators such Bank of Thailand (BOT) including claim for damages from cardholder.

The Company reserves the right to withhold or reclaim reward if the cardholder is deemed ineligible, does not use the credit card for personal consumption, uses their rights dishonestly, fraudulently, or deceitfully to obtain reward or benefits, failed to comply fully with the terms and conditions of the promotional campaign, or uses the credit card for illegal or immoral purposes, or for the business purposes of the cardholder, family, relatives, close associates, or any businesses in which the cardholder and such persons have a direct or indirect interest.
10. The Company reserves the right to amend or cancel any terms and conditions including privileges by giving notice via www.aeon.co.th or other channels designated by the Company. In case of any dispute, the Company’s decision shall be final.
11. Where these terms and conditions are in Thai and other language versions, if there are any discrepancies and inconsistencies, the Thai version shall prevail for interpretation.
